Well, well, well...it's National Caramel Popcorn Day. How will you celebrate? It's been a few weeks since I've had a delicious caramel corn cupcake, so I'm making a stop at one of my favorite bakeries, The Pastry Shoppe. I'm crossing my fingers that they're celebrating this fabulous day as well, so I can pick up another one.
